These terms apply to all offers, products and agreements (contracts) of BOKETO.art that extend to the sale of products. If there are any questions concerning these terms, please contact BOKETO.art at info@boketo.art.

PRODUCTS

Product specifications and prices (including local VAT) are mentioned on BOKETO.art’s website. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Products offered on the BOKETO.art website are described and shown as accurately as possible. In case the descriptions and/or images turn out differently in reality, BOKETO.art is not liable to compensate the customer in any way. The Consumer reserves the right to return products as explained in our returns section.

WORKSHOPS

Any workshop purchased is non-refundable and non-transferable. Participant should ensure they are able to attend before booking, otherwise kindly choose another date. For a change of date, kindly contact me and I will see what can be done on a case by case basis. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone workshops at any time. All workshops have a minimum attendance level of 4 people and may be cancelled if too few bookings are received. In this case you will be refunded or asked to reschedule.

All artwork created during a workshop are for personal use only and should under no circumstances be sold as a BOKETO artwork. BOKETO.art will not be held responsible for damage to your own clothing due to paint for example or a feeling of disappointment for the finished product.

AGREEMENTS

Agreements come about after the Customer has accepted and paid an offer or quotation issued by BOKETO.art. An agreement also automatically comes about after a Customer has placed an order via the BOKETO.art website.

BOKETO.art is always free to – without statement of reason – disagree upon an offer made by a Customer. In the event that the Customer has already made a payment, BOKETO.art will reimburse this amount to the Customer immediately after the refusal.

SHIPPING

We ship almost worldwide. If your country is not listed then unfortunately the shipping companies we work with do not (yet) ship there.

For the Netherlands we use PostNL for delivery. For Europe and the rest of the world we use different delivery services for different countries. With your order confirmation you will see, which company will deliver your order.

Delivery costs vary according to country, sizes and weight. You will see the exact amount you have to pay in your basket before checkout.

Once your order has left us, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received any email. Also no email in your spam folder? Send an email to info@boketo.art including your order number and we’ll email you the tracking link of your shipment.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

For Limited Art Prints our delivery time within the Netherlands is between 1-3 working days. For Exclusive Commission Pieces we use a special courier because of the odd sizes. The delivery time is approximately one week. The delivery time for other countries outside the Netherlands will depend on the delivery company.

Should a delivery not be possible due to a faulty address, customer not at home or a similar reason with additional costs as a result, all extra costs will be charged to the Customer. BOKETO.art cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery time of our courier service.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Is your order damaged? Contact us within two days via info@boketo.art and state the type of damage, including the packaging and photos of the damage. Only then can we process your request. We will contact you as soon as possible for a solution.

RETURNS

All BOKETO.art’s commissioned artworks are handmade, which means that an order for an original piece cannot be returned.

A BOKETO.art print can be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase, provided that they are unopened and undamaged, without statement of reasons. Once the product has been received back in the studio, BOKETO.art will reimburse the invoice value of the Product to the consumer, within thirty (30) days.

Shipping costs to return a product will be the sole responsibility of the consumer. Consumer needs to take all appropriate measures to prevent damage to the Product and/or packages. Damaged or lost products will never be taken back or reimbursed by Boketo.art.

PRICE & PAYMENT

At BOKETO.art payments are accepted via Mollie by the secured payment methods of Paypal, Ideal, Apple Pay Creditcard; Mastercard & VISA.

Product specifications as well as the price of the Product including local (NL) VAT are mentioned on the BOKETO.art website. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Shipment is executed on the basis of DAP (Delivered At Place), therefore the customer is responsible for the correct payment of import duties. BOKETO.art is not liable for any quotations made by a Third Party.

Payment needs to be settled in full before product is shipped to customer.

Customer must report any inaccuracies in the invoicing immediately, after which BOKETO.art will correct the amount. Inaccuracies in the invoicing do not relieve the Customer from any payment obligations or any other obligations reported in these terms.

LEGAL NOTICE

Dutch law exclusively applies to all legal relations that BOKETO.art is a party in.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any adjustments will have no effect on orders that are already being processed and the final version will always be published on our website.
