We ship almost worldwide. If your country is not listed then unfortunately the shipping companies we work with do not (yet) ship there.
For the Netherlands we use PostNL for delivery. For Europe and the rest of the world we use different delivery services for different countries. With your order confirmation you will see, which company will deliver your order.
Delivery costs vary according to country, sizes and weight. You will see the exact amount you have to pay in your basket before check out.
Once your order has left us, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received any email. Also no email in your spam folder? Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and we’ll email you the tracking link of your shipment.
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Make sure you select your location to view the correct local market pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.
For Limited Art Prints our delivery time within the Netherlands is between 1-3 working days. For Exclusive Commission Pieces we use a special courier because of the odd sizes. The delivery time is approximately one week. The delivery time for other countries outside the Netherlands will depend on the delivery company.
All BOKETO.art’s commissioned artworks are handmade, which means that an order for an original piece cannot be returned.
A BOKETO.art print can be returned within 14 days of receipt of purchase, provided that they are unopened and undamaged, without statement of reasons. Once the product has been received back in the studio, BOKETO.art will reimburse the invoice value of the Product to the consumer, within thirty (30) days.
Shipping costs to return a product will be the sole responsibility of the consumer. Consumer needs to take all appropriate measures to prevent damage to the Product and/or packages. Damaged or lost products will never be taken back or reimbursed by Boketo.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Is your order damaged? Contact us within two days via email@example.com and state the type of damage, including the packaging and photos of the damage. Only then can we process your request. We will contact you as soon as possible for a solution.
